GENERAL INFORMATION
Aim / Objectives of the Program: The Justice Program aims to train justice auxiliary service personnel who can solve simple legal problems based on the basic concepts of law and legal methodology, who have adopted the indispensable principles such as democracy, secularism, social state and the rule of law, who are aware of the honesty, justice and ethical understanding required by the legal profession, and who have gained lifelong and self-learning skills. The aim of the program is to train qualified intermediate manpower needed in the legal services sector, especially in various units of the central organization of the Ministry of Justice, courthouses and other judicial authorities.
Admission requirements of the program: Students who want to enroll in the department must complete the processes determined by ÖSYM within the framework of the academic and legal legislation of the university / must have passed the exams. A student who has started his/her education in an equivalent program at home or abroad can apply for transfer. The admission of students is examined and evaluated individually before the start of the semester, taking into account the conditions of each student and the degree applied for. Graduation requirements: In order to graduate, students in this program must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and must be successful in all courses in the curriculum with a grade of at least C3/2.00. The minimum ECTS required for graduation is 120. Students are also required to complete their compulsory internships within the specified period and specifications.

Double Major / Minor Programs
Double Major Program: It gives students the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree in another department of their interest in addition to their main department. In this program, students can complete courses from two different departments and earn a diploma in both fields.
Minor Program: It allows the student to take a certain number of courses in a field of interest other than his/her major. Students who complete the minor program are awarded an official certificate in this field; however, this does not mean a second undergraduate diploma.

Exchange Programs
It offers students the opportunity to study at another university in Turkey or abroad for a certain period of time. Through these programs, students have the opportunity to learn about different cultures, improve their foreign language skills and gain international academic experience. The most common exchange programs include Erasmus+, Mevlana and Farabi.

Career
Graduates of the Justice Vocational School Justice Education and Training Program can work as court clerks and enforcement officers in the public sector within the Ministry of Justice. In the private sector, they can find employment opportunities as lawyer clerks in law firms and law offices, notary clerks in notary offices, and law receivables tracking officers in law-related units of banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions. Candidates who successfully complete their associate degree education can transfer to the Open Education Faculty, where they are granted the right to transfer without an exam, or to Law Faculties, provided that they receive sufficient marks in the Vertical Transfer exam conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center. Graduates are assigned to positions such as clerk or assistant clerk in courts; enforcement director or assistant, prison guard, court clerk, and bailiff. In addition, it is possible for them to fulfill positions that can rise to the level of director in execution institutions. Graduates can easily find jobs outside the courthouse, in official or private banks, various public and economic institutions, and private economic enterprises. It is also a fact that graduates work as assistant lawyers in the private sector, especially in law firms, and are preferred in this regard.
